Fog lite question

Are the fog lites on a C5 adjustable as far as being able to raise the beam angle?

My '97 had one badly adjusted fog light. My adjustment method may not meet other peoples' standards, but I just bent the support bracket a few degrees with my bare hands.

There is a torx screw adjuster on each lamp. Look at each lamp, at around the 11 o'clock and 1 o'clock position you will see the opening to get to the torx screw.
Have the lamps turned on and shining on your garage wall or door, you be able to see the beam change up/down.

Removing Fog Lights

What is the procedure for removing the fog lights for cleaning them? I have one that is foggy or discolored and assume it has taken on some moisture. Do they just un-screw with a bracket and un-plug or what. I would appreciate the help here; makes it a little easier if you know what to expect.
