I looked at the car last week. Saw the tree that was hit too.

From the way the car looks, it is a decent fixer.

And the tree.... wasn't in his yard, but the neighbors a couple houses away. He told me he was out messing around and hit the gas. He hung on for the ride and the car got away from him. As for the insurance, he told me that the insurance expired 5 days prior to the accident and he didn't know that it expired. Oh well.... nice car. If I had the cash flow, I would buy her and make it into a nice race car.

Huh.. now thats funny.. I was in his driveway and he pointed to the tree in his yard and said "thats the one I hit..." ???

Oh well...

I finally received a reply from the owner after Ed went and looked at this car for me, and he has sold it back on the 20th of this month.
someone got it and will no doubt be fixing it up so it will be back on the streets just like it should be the damage was nothing as far as I could see a little frame pull and it would be good as new!
