Irrational attention to these cars is normal. 2 days ago I went to Lowes for something and parked way off in the corner, probably 100 feet from the nearest car. After shopping I was horrified to see a car parked next to mine, with a huge empty radius around them. "Smartass" I think to myself.
That is funny;LOL that same sort of thing has happened to me a few times.
I park way out there in the nether regions and when I come out "my view" is obstructed by another car parked next to mine!

Went to Sam's to get a couple things. Parked out in nowhere land. Come out 3 vans parked around it. Owners sitting in everyone of them taking a long close look at my vette. The van next to me rolled down window and started asking about it. Turns out they own a 90 also. Ended up being quite a long conversation. Finding out that most corvette owners are real classie people.:cool

I have both parked remotely and parked next to another, 'out there'. I hope in the first case, it's another driver who respects my paint; and in the second case, I hope the same.

I am so glad the C-4 has the 'rubber belt' designed in, to bump against, when it happens.

Beats being 'keyed' for parking in two, or at a protective angle. :w
