found 1998 with 1SB option on service id label?

I am looking at buying a 1998 Corvette and it has the 1SB option on the service id label. But I do not see anywhere online that the 1SB option was available in 1998. Could 1SB be a code for something else? And so what? It also has the JL4 active handling button and JL4 does not show up on the ID label as an installed option. Can someone educate me what came with the 1SB in 1998 and how could it have options that do not show up on the service ID label? Was it some kind of promotion? If I remember there was a GM strike then and they pushed out Blazers with Preferred Equipment group savings packages. ( 1sd ) Could they have done this with Corvettes?

What I found says its option package 2 but don't know what it includes.
