Front Bose Speaker Box Removal

Does anyone know whats the easiest way to remove the front bose speaker boxes from an 84. I already took the door panel off and loosened the box up but I can't get it to fit between the door skin and the aluminum piece that moves the window up and down. Is there a trick to this?? Any input is appreciated.

I know when I had to repair my regulator ribbon that just looking at that thing was scary. I would get hold of Len (NYERNGA) He has some marvelous insight on this subject.

Hey, you're welcome! And watch out when you remove the door lock clips at the end of the door lock solenoid, they break easily but you can just tape it back together with duct tape if that happens. Or buy new ones at Ecklers, I think they're a couple of dollars.
