Question: front bumper fit

It depends on what you mean by "fit better". Are you talking about up-down/left-right adjustment? There are two bolts on each side of the car, about 3/8" diameter, at the back of the bumper assembly, near the fog lights. These bolts are in slots in the front cross-tie frame member and the impact bar, so you can adjust the up-down and left-right position, or to level the bumper to the hood. If the bumper is too close to the hood, there are shim plates on the bolts between the cross-tie member and the impact bar for forward/back position. These are "T" bolts, so you don't need a wrench on the "front" of the bolts to loosen them. Loosen the bolts on the skid plates before attempting to adjust the bumper position.
These "T" bolts are hard to get at, but it can be done! If you have a Factory Service Manual (FSM), which is highly recommended, this is shown on page 2B-2, but not explained (?).
