I thought I would post this incase someone has the same issue. I had a rattle in the front end could not figure it out. Everything seemed to be tight while i was driving but everytime i hit the slightest bump sounded like metal clanking. I checked bushings seemed ok ball joints ok. I thought rattle was from a loose bolt somewhere? I figured this would be a winter project try to tear apart the frontendbut while i had things apart trying to repair a sensor issue the right caliper seemed loose. Low and behold caliper pin was shot. 8$ at autozone and the sound is gone. I did both sides and everything is quiet. I hope this helps someone.
