Question: front license plate cover

Can someone tell me how to remove the front license plate cover on a 1986 C4?:confused

Plate cover

There are two small screws on the bottom of the plate cover. After you remove them,lift up on the bottom side and pull down. There is a flap on the top,don't break it off.
