When I bought the car the speaker was busted so I wasn't really worried cuz its an easy replacement job. well I got the new speaker and put it in but the speaker makes this strange rhythmic not quite beeping or clicking sound maybe more of a ??becking?? Anyways if anyone has had trouble like this before your help would be greatly admired.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah I can still here the music and the hum never changes volume weather its on really low or super high its always the same.

I have the same problem only it's with two speakers - front right and rear left. I can hear the sound from the radio but the hum will drive you nuts. I replaced speakers and amps but nothing changed. I finally disconnected the two. Someone suggested that it might be a wiring problem as in a worn section of insulation. I also heard it might be something in the speaker relay located under the right side of the dash.

Sorry not to have an answer for you maybe someone else will. Later this summer I'm going to trash the whole bose system Anything would be better than this
Good luck

your speaker amp is at fault. I believe it's the green caps on the circuit board.

options? replaces amp look in the parts mags kinda $$$
replaces green caps. = a few bucks if you know how to soldier.
good luck. I just got my right front working again, it's a pain to remove the speaker box.
