how would the z06 computer accept this. I notice it only has 6k redline. just plug right up and computer just drives on? it'll display the correct miles and everything? or does it have to be set at the dealership.

If a C5 Z06 can't exceed 176-178 mph in fifth gear due to the rev limiter, why would one want a 300 mph speedometer?

I know the top speed of the stock car.
It will eventually get a built motor, TT kit, brakes etc. I was inquiring just because I thought it was a good question.

not saying you need a 300mph speedo. but it would be something to ask about..
