I am selling the original factory rear axle from my 62 Vette from drum to drum. It has a 3 year old (read 3000 miles) 3.70 posi pig and newer stock brakes. It also has the factory drain plug in the bottom.
No springs, plates, shocks or strut rods or drive shaft. Just stock axles, housing and pig. The pig is a passenger car that I had built a few years ago. The brakes and e brakes are all fairly new and the drums are in fine shape.
New axle seals a few years ago too. No leaks and no problems. Its really been trouble free since I went through it and took the 3.07 open out for the 3.70.
Asking $950 complete FOB Detroit. I may be able to deliver a short distance from Detroit or possibly farther east bound.
Pictures upon request. It is still in the car and will stay there until I get my new axle or I sell this one.
