Mac ET2100MT (Mastertech 3100) ($320, US shipping included)

Flakey display. Seems to work after it's "warmed up" though.

Needs new nicad batteries. It seems to work OK on standard rechargeable Duracell AAs, but the book calls for "High Capacity" ones.

Also will need an AC, and / or a 12 volt adaptor.

Works fine with my '93 LT1 (see pics). Data received is comparable with a Tech 1 and a newer MT3100. I don't have a Lexus or a Toyota to test the brand specific gear or the ODBII. It doesn't connect to my Dodge Journey, but neither does my other Mastertech, so I think I'm missing an adaptor.

Comes with:
  • Toyota v14 reprogammable data card. (Card says 12.01 but it boots v14)
  • Tech 1 Cart: 81-95 GM and Ford, 83-95 Chrysler Powertrain (Cartridge and Manuals)
  • Data Cable
  • Toyota CAN adaptor and ODBII cable
  • Adaptors
