Ok, this may have been answered lots of time but I did not find it on my search.
Will using 10% Ethanol have any effects on my 2008 C6? I understand it may have some reduced performance issues, not that I have noticed in the first 2500 miles, but any ideas on any long term issues?
Gas with 10% Ethanol is 20 cents a gallon chearper here in oklahoma by the way.

You probably wont notice any difference.
The key is to stay with top tier fuels.

Back when gas was near $4 a gallon, I did a few tanks with 100% gas and a few with E10. I noted better gas mileage with 100% gas and I did the math to see how much more expensive 100% gas could be and still be the better deal - it worked out to about 10-12 cents a gallon. Now with gas in the 2 dollar range and E10 being considerably cheaper, it does not make much sense to buy 100% gas.

I drove out to Adrian, TX on Tuesday and back yesterday in the '08. Used E10 both ways. Took the scenic routes across Oklahoma (no interstates, no restricted roads) going out and averaged 26+ MPG. Came home on I-40 crusing around 70 MPH steady and averaged 30+.

I throw in a can of BG 44k fuel system cleaner once or twice a year just to keep things clean also.

I'm always up for a cruise! The new Vettes will spoil ya. I've got a friend with a '68 roadster and he absolutely refuses to even ride in a new Vette for fear that he'd lose his love for the '68. I don't think that will happen but you never know.
