Fuel filter/pressure problem
Well, I finally got the new filter and a new fuel pump in the car and it started right up.I did have a bit of a problem with the small bracket that holds up the bottom of the pump. The two SMALL spot welds broke and I had to have a friend weld the bracket to an adapter. The adabter was a piece of 3/8 id x 1/2 od x 1 1/2 lg. stl. tubing. With the pump brkt. welded to the adapter I slid that ass'y. on to the fuel line and tack welded that in position after the pump and everthing else was in the correct location.
I would again like to thank everyone for all the help, encouragement and suggestions.
