What is the best brand of fuel injectors for a stock 1991 ? Where is the best place to get them ?

FWIW- I'd go with Lucas disk style injectors over pintle style injectors. Pintle style injectors are usually cheaper in non-brand name label injectors- but you get what you pay for.

Where is the best place to get them ?

"Best" is always relative!

However- Mid America has some fuel injectors for around $370. You'll need 24lb injectors IIHRC.
