I have an old 86 Chev half ton rusted out POS that I use for plowing snow and hauling wood. It has a 350 out of what I do not know. Here's the question...I have to by a fuel pump, mech. that hangs off the block, about every year. The guy behind the counter says they are all junk, GM, made in Mexico. I want to put on one of those fuel pumps out of summet, if so, can I block off the 1/4 inch return line as the new pump only has two connections. The old one has three, one to the carb, one from the tank and one return. Any sugestions?
