fuel system troubleshhoting

Just bringing my 84 out of a multi-year hibernation. Got spark but no fuel. Cannot hear elec fuel pump cycling and running when I turn key on, like in my other cars. Can't remember if I should hear the fuel pump on the 84. Any suggestions appreciated on troubleshooting fuel delivery, thanks!

pump should be on when you turn the key .if it does not run check fuse .there are two one for each tb.i would prime the tbs with gas then turn the key.see if it trys to fire.
