Full-flow Oil Cooler?

I would like a full-flow oil cooler for my 87 Coupe. It should have an adapter installed in place of the oil filter. A braided hose would route all the oil to a front-mounted oil cooler. From there, the oil would be routed to the oil filter which would have to be installed in a different location than stock. From the filter, which would have to be mounted to an adapter, the oil would be routed to where the first adapter would be ( the original filter location in the engine block). Anybody has seen this?

Ive seen one on a Group II car in NCCC auto'xing.

Of course, his sprung a leak during a lap and the car caught fire and he lost it.Dont mean to scare you.:D

But I have seen exactly what you describe.

I've got my own concerns, but ...

Here's how I have mine set up:

Sorry, but I don't have a picture of the adapter handy. :(

Summit sells exactly what you want - two kits, one a remote cooler like Ken's and one that moves the filter to any other location.
