Hi again everyone -

Further to my last message, I'd also be grateful to anyone who may not be able to answer my question themself but can recommend someone/somewhere that can. So far I've had no luck with anybody and it's difficult to get hold of manuals etc here in Australia.

For those who missed my last post, my questions are:

What is the break-away torque for the limited slip?

What is the correct backlash setting?

Unlike the Eaton type positraction, this model does not have a locating screw thru the pinion shaft. If there some secret to preventing the pinion shaft from slipping out of the housing?

Can anyone help please?

I hope it doesn't upset anyone for me to post this here. But since you have asked the question twice with no response, I thought you might appreciate some direction.

Go to

www.corvette-resto.com

Sign up for their e-mail list there and post your question. They should be able to help.

Good luck,

Ron

Thanks for your reply Ron - I have the same questions posted there too and am not having any luck anywhere so far...

:cry
