Welcome to the Corvette Forums at the Corvette Action Center!

fuse box blown?

Don't attempt to remove the cluster via the allen screws (they are plastic
and are "just for looks"). I removed my cluster last year and it can be a pain
in the butt! I recall that there are screws above and below the cluster that
must be removed. Once the screws are removed, you will have room to reach
behind and disconnect the speedo cable and other wires. If your wiper switch
needs replaced, this would be a good time to take care of that also.
Best of luck!
