1990 Corvette, The fuse that controls the radio and windshield wipers keeps burning out. Sometimes it's within I mile of driving and the next time I replace the 25amp fuse it lasts for 3 or 4 days. Any ideas where the short could be?

Disconnect the input harness to the wiper motor, and put your multimeter across the fuse terminals. See how many amps are flowing.

If less than 1 amp (the clock amp draw), the short is between wiper spice on the wiper/radio circuit, and the wiper ground. Could be common ground (return wire), or dedicated (integrated with wiper mount); you'll have to check the FSM.
