Would Like To Know What Gears To Use For Quicker Starts Off The Line And Still Have Some Top End. Also, Car Starts To Shutter At 75 To 80.most Tire Centers Only Balance Up To 50 Mph On Their Machine.someone Also Said It Could Be My Half Shaft U Joints Going Bad.i Thought If They Were Bad I Would Feel Vibration Sooner. I Checked The Shafts And U Joints Seem Tight,no Play.thanks In Advance For Your Responses.

I had a set of low cost xxx brand tires on my '95 that checked OK on the spinner ; but vibrated at higher speed. They had internal belt separation.

You know with stock street tires, a lower gear doesn't always help as much as antisipated from a dead stop. If you use sticky DOTs , you 'll feel a big difference.
