GM Tracking Options A4A/B/C/D/E/F

Any one have any idea what GM means by Tracking Option ?

Something to do with ON STAR ?

I was going through the build-your-own exercise on their web sight and on the options slide there were 6 no cost selections A4A, A4B, A4C, A4D, A4E & A4F but no further details.
