I'm going again this year. I thoroughly enjoyed last year. It's overwhelming the first time you go. We drive there Thursday so we can get there Friday morning when the gates open.
I wouldn't miss it for the world.
Hope to meet some of you folks,
Mark

Check out the Vetteheads.com gang at space G-110; easy to find - they'll be flying an 18-foot blimp with the Vetteheads logo on it! :D

I will be there on Friday, and OF COURSE I will be taking one of my vettes. The only time I think I didn't take a vette there was when I was picking up a lot of large items. It is always a great time, I would fell semi cheated if I arrived in anything but a vette. See ya all there!:w

Hey Mike,

It was great seeing you today. Thanks for pointing out the details on the 67 BB. Man, I love that car ! I wish that I could have brought it home !

Have a safe trip to Carlisle and I'll see ya' there. I'll be there on Sat.

Jerry

It was great seeing you, Jerry! Since you got the fever again, you know Dennis can set up up!

We'll see you Saturday!

There is a judged show at Carlisle. The York County Corvette Club (I am v.p.) does a concours judged show every year. This year we are limiting it to 175 cars. Stop by our tent and say "Hi". I'll be there all day, all three days. Classic (Spencer)

What are the details of this judged show???

Elaine

Elaine, on the website www.carsatcarlisle.com under the corvette event is a list of scheduled events. The show is the NCCC Concours judged show. You do not need to be a member or the NCCC to enter the show. The cars are judged according to NCCC rules, which are different than NCRS rules. Cleanliness is more important than originality under NCCC rules. If you have any other questions, just ask. Classic

We plan to be there Friday through Sunday. This will be our fifth year and we wouldn't miss it. Great event, cars, activities and people.

Re:

I plan to take my father up on Friday- That is of course, unless the boss gives me any s**t about it for wanting the day off. Curse those non-classic enthusiasts!!!

Yah I will be there. despite my wifes opinion and a 5 week old newborn, Mike (Midyrcoupe) spent all of yesterday (wednesday) pushing me to go. Soooo I dug out the yellow 67 last night at 6 pm(wanted to take the red 66 but its not done), hosed it off, and hopefully will have another good 750 mile drive to PA (leaving at 6 am). wish Mike and I luck on yet another midyear adventure!!

I had a good time at Carlisle met alot of nice people from this board, thanks again Dennis, anybody else got anything to say about the show?

Tom
