i can't really decsribe it, but when i crank up my '86 after it has ran for a while i can hear a weird sound {kind of like an unzipping/cracking sound coming from my dash.when i turn it off i can hear it again. what in the hell is this???? i pulled the radio and checked all the wires in the dash area today and couldn't find any wires out of place or in distress.

well,tonight i noticed that the dash is blinking again so......... where is the ground for it?? i know that it is somewhere on the driver's side behind the valve cover???can you get to it without taking everything off? also,i heard that there is another one at the pasenger door under the carpet?
