Good price on Kumho 712's?

Hi All,

I just changed from the Comp T/A's that came on my 84 when I bought her to Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's, 275/40ZR17. These are nice tires, great traction. Only disappointment is I rarely get a 2nd gear scratch anymore, they grip that good.

In looking around I found prices all over the place most around $150.00 per tire. I found them at Jegs for $107.99 per tire, plus a $5.99 non-boxed item shipping fee. They ship fast.

I was paying about $80 a tire at Tire Rack last year. Have they gone up THAT much?? And I got them in three days.

Seems so. Tire rack was good at $110 each, and $43.22 shipping for 4. So for the set it was still almost 30 bucks cheaper through Jegs.
