Goodyear GSC Tire Rot

I have a 1 owner, 4000 mile, 1992 Corvette that I thought I would bring to be judged at an NCRS event. I have the original tires that were taken off of the car back in 1993. However, I have noticed tire rot between the treads.

Short of trailering the car to the event with these tires, how else would I get around this problem. It's not like these tires can be easily replaced.

Any thoughts?

I presume you've considered a second set of wheels for some road tires? You'd still have to get your show tires transported some way, so you could install them for the display. It's a crying shame if you don't get to drive the car once in a while!

Yeah I know, I bought it to drive it, but sometimes life just gets in the way.

I have road tires on the car, but transporting the GSC's just for the show is a pain.
