WOW.....what a pain in the arse.....got all springs changed out yesterday...Fill the cylinder with air and changed them. Welded a 3/8 socket to the end of my valve spring compressor which made a buig difference althought still wasnt easy.....the ole legs and back after leaning over that thing for 5 hours sucked....tightened the rockers per specs 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 one full turn after intial contact with the pushrod. Put the valve covers back on and then fired her up..She ran great but then I realized the rockers were hitting the valve cover. The old springs didnt hit but I went to a 1.46 diameter spring and I think that its hitting the cover. With 1.6 Rollers I think Ill have to go to tall covers....Thank gosh that job is done...Id rather pull an engine then do that again....:beer Had a few of those afterwards...

Good Job, your earned those cocktails on that job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
