1 of 12, white L79 verts, color change, do not know about this one, I'd stay clear until and NCRS looked at it and verified it's real.

OK, so I'm REAL SLOW, the ad says the car was professionally repainted from blue to white

the car is blue

funny, you don't look blueish

No but I have a 1967 that is 1 of 1,725 ;) : 327/300 with Powerglide.

It would be interesting to know if that car is the real thing. And if yes, how it ended up in Peterborough in the hands of a sports professional.

Down near the bottom, he added...... "Sorry it should be repaint was White to Blue."

:)

Hmmmm...well, like I said, I'm a SLOWWWWWW reader.

I guess it does look blueish.

Doesn't a repaint to a different color hurt the value anyway?

Yup! Amazing that so many bidders are throwing almost six figures at it with NO driveline numbers, NO pad photos, NO documentation, NO tank sticker, NO nothing, and the wrong color. Only about 150 of the original 16 are still out there :eyerole

The license tag says it's real, John. ;LOL

Ok..Before you even get to the discription of the car...............
Stop & Look........

It's A Canadian Ebayer...... That' tells you right there that there's a problem with the discription. Everyone knows ther were only 4 White /Blue......Blue\White L89's Built for the Candian Market with the special reversed clutch brake pedal set up. It also had the Special vents behind the brake calipers which vented the snow out past the rocker moldings preventing door sill Phillips Head Screw Freeze up when the car was used in the Iditarod Yearly Race.
