Due to a work injury to my hand ,I am no longer able to work on my '77. I took it in to get serviced. The salesman talked me into using the flush. My baby only has 71,000 mile on it. 1 mile back to home the oil pan started leaking, the rear main started leaking, and here is the weird one the head gasket started leaking. Has anyone used this stuff. If so did you have any problems? I talked to a guy here in my town, and he had a problem. Thanks:confused :confused

Ive used it once with no problems but it was on a newer car.Ive heard of people having problems cause it cleans too good.It loosens what little sludge you may have had and runs it through the engine.I would suggest changing your oil frequently for the first 3k miles or so.:w

Thanks paintdaddy. It just seems odd to me that this happend. I had it up on my buddy's rack putting a new exhaust system on 1 hour before. There was no sign of a problem.:pat

I tried this on an older engine 89k on it...it worked fine, but did release some particles that wound up in my lifters causeing a tick...tick....
Use it again???? No way....
Up to you....
