I swapped out the old Fuel regulator with a new adjustable version. Car now will not start. I immediately backed out my changes and put in the old regulator. Car will still not start.

Seems to have spark, but when I pulled a spark plug, it was bone dry.

I believe the fuel pump is working but I don't hear any whine, but I never did.

I've checked all fuses, thinking the fuel injectors blew a fuse, but that wasn't it either.

It seems there is fuel getting to the regulator. I've pulled it off often enough to see the gas leak onto the garage floor.

I tried kick starting with some starting fluid. Nope that didn't do it either.

I'm looking for some help to get my car back on the road.

Appreciate any feedback.

check the fuel pump fuse again. I did the same thing with a adjustable regulator-fuel pressure set to high made the fuel pump fuse blow when I tried to start it.

Fuel Pressure Regulator change

Check the fuse to your fuel pump. They ususally recommend removing it when working on the fuel system. Maybe you blew it somehow.

I want to thank everyone that assisted in my troubleshooting.

The problem in the end was a 10A fuse. Even though it didn't look blown, and actually worked my power seat, it would not run the fuel pump. I swapped it with another 10A and the car started right up.

Not sure how swapping a regulator would cause the fuse to go bad in the fuel pump, but being a novice mechanic I won't argue with success.

MYLT4 is back on the roads of Michigan.

Thanks again to all...
