Hey all just replaced my windshield on my 1995 corvette coupe I used a new GM gasket ,cleaned all the moldings and surfaces , sealed all the screws and used weatherstrip adheasive all over the place . Note I install auto glass for a living (over 20 years worth) I have done dozens of corvettes never had a single problem . Now i find myself with a massive water leak on both sides down near the doors it appears to be running down behind the interior pilliar moldings and coming out but the AC vents area and the door area near the dash .Note ; I have double checked the seal of the glass with compressed air and soapy water the seal is perfect at the glass ,Has to be something with the new seal or moldings??? Any guess as to what i did wrong ?
