Halogen 1156 Wow

Replaced all 6 1156 bulbs on the Vette and now back up and turn signal illumination is insane. Floodlight out the front sides with blinker on.

Advance Auto for $7 each - ouch- but a gigantic difference to the point of obnoxious. I like that.

I wouldn't be backing into anyone real soon. The lights on the sides should not be a problem to anything but nocturnal creatures.

When you use the blinker it's like the headlights turn 60 degrees. They are aimed below driver eye level but damn do they light up the area. I think it's just much safer without turning off fellow motorists. If there are lights there let's pump 'em up! The 50w in the fog lights haven't melted anything yet.

Now about the ricers and their blue xenon headlights......
