Has anyone just replaced the H pipe with..

an X pipe. Would that add any value? Or do you really need to change the rest of the exhaust to get the enahnced sound/performance. I am looking at the Corsa Touring edition.

In my opinion, you can modify the sound with isolated exhaust mods. However, to get a significant HP gain, the exhaust and intake need to be upgraded as systems, not with an isolated piece here and there. Long tube headers (not short), high flow cats, an X pipe, and a high flow "cat back" system would add to power. Just my $0.02
