does anyone know best way to transport vette ?? Not allowing any dings or nicks to occur?

Just tie it down properly, and criss-cross at least the rear pair of straps to keep it from moving laterally.

Thanks JohnZ...main concern is getting vette into a enclosed trailer, either drive in or wench in & NOT HIT door while exiting car.
I did'nt know what is best way.

Use and electric winch.
Leave the drivers window open, steer from outside.

Do not wear a Micheal Jackson replica jacket with lots of zippers while doing this......;-)

winch, or get a couple of guys to help push onto trailer, and a sacrificial person at teh front to keep youfrom hitting the front. Of course I've never pushed a vette, wonder how the rubber bumper would hold up..........

I use a long "body pillow" and ask my wife to set it beside the car as I crawl out the window w/ door partially ajar
