40th Anniversary Headlamp assemblies clicking on open or close

The headlamps open and close correctly but after they are fully opened or closed they continue to click three or four times and then stop. What adjustment or what is the cause?

I think just about every C4 owner has had or will have this problem. I fixed mine a few months back. Here is a thread that discusses the fix: http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=130412

You can also find a You Tube video that provides step by step instructions. I used the video and it made the project very simple. The name of the video is: Headlight Actuator Repair Kit.
