Headlight Door Module Connectors

I have a 94 LT1 and I my Headlight Control Door Module which opens and closes the headlight doors went south hence no open/closing of the headlights. I found another module but I didn't get the connectors to the module which is what I now need. The connectors are part of the Forward Lamp Wiring Harness, Chevy part #12130480 which is discontinued. Please anybody help me!

My harness plugs right into the Control Module.
Are your harness connectors fubared?
