My one headlight is not opening all the way. Sometimes it does but its getting worse. The motors are both working and there is no unwanted clicking or grinding sound I have read about. I checked for an obstruction but it was clear. The manual knob doesnt seem to open but will close. Do you think the gears are worn. If I stand outside and help the headlight door open it will usually stay open but the other door that works seems stiffer. Is there an adjustment or is the motor going? Thanks

Sorry Tammy

Here you go, Potter22.............believe you can get the Delrin bushings at a Chevy dealer. If not, out of any corvette parts mag. Ecklers, Corvette Central,
TLD, etc.
