I just replace the valves, actuators, check valve, filter and all vacuum lines. Everything worked fine for several hours but now everytime I start the car the headlights go up. I think its' most likely the switch since thats about the only thing thats not new. Any way to trouble shoot it? Any way to repair it?

Thanks,

Larry

There should be a check valve in the switch, reverse the vacuum connections at the switch and that should fix it.

Cheers

Mystery Solved! In my hast to get the car back on the road I did not finish trimming out the new vacuum hoses (they all came a little long). When I tucked them into place I kinked the line coming out of the check valve going to the switch. They are all properly groomed now and work perfect. Thanks.
