Headlight issues (one up and one down)

So I just replaced the headlight bushings on both lights. All went well except for the passenger side light now folds down when on and pops up when off. I am guessing something was reversed when I reassembled that one as I had to pull the motor to remove that gear. But for the life of me, I cannot wrap my brain around what was reversed.

Any ideas?

Have not tried it myself, is it possible the wiring got reversed?

For those of you following along at home, the electric motor cover was 180 degrees out of sync. Unscrewed and turned and all better now.
