Headlight problem

The driver side headlight motor keeps running 20-30 seconds after the headlights go down. Also when i just turn on the parking lights the headlights come up. Both fog lights are out will replace the bulbs tomorrow don't know if that has anything to do with the headlights

The headlight motor running means the aculator gear is stripped. You will need to replace the motor. I had the same problem with the left headlight motor in my 02 vert. The dealer replaced it under warranty.

Thanks that was the problem order a brass gear to replaced the plastic one. Car is out of warranty replaced it myself 42.00 in parts 45 min in time easy job.
