When I drive across rough pavement, I notice that my low beams seem to be shaking or fluttering. The dealer has found no loose connections. Is this normal and some type of cushion built into the lights to protect the bulbs or is this some other problem? The service tech said the filaments of the bulbs could be bad since they found no other problems.
Thanks for any suggestions.:confused

After 2 C6s, I've not noticed fluttering, but rough roads should cause some movement since they are secured to something that is probably bouncing. If they are flickering, it's a bulb issue, but probably hard to duplicate at the shop.

I do not get any fluttering with my 08 on rough roads. I am not particularily fond of the C6 headlights and prefer the ones on my C5s. Since I drive a lot at night, I prefer the illumination that the C5s give on the periphery as there are critters wandering around on the mountain roads that are easier to spot with the C5 headlights. Of course, you could solve the problem by only driving during the day.
