Headlight will not rotate.

My driver side headlight will not rotate. The light does come on though. What should I do to troubleshoot this?

If it is the bushings, you can buy them on eBay for something like $5.00 or so. I think the guy who I bought it from is based out of Florida and he ships very quick. I did that last summer and replaced the bushings. It would come half way up and like you, the light did come on.

I had this problem back in October. I thought it was my motor or the gears. Turns out it was the left headlight relay. The GM part number for the relay is 10031018 and it list for $19.18 . Whole sale is $14.37 . my lights are working fine now. .....Bob Yates

If you only need one side, I have 3 bushings here at home that I never used. If it is the bushings that you need, send me a self addressed stamped padded envelope and they're yours. Being that we're so close, you should get them in a day or two. E-mail me and let me know.
