Last week my right headlight wouldn't pop up, so I disconnected the power to the motor and manually put it up. Then 4 days later the left one stopped working too, so I did the same thing to it. I guess the motors that move them went bad.
My Corvette is in great condition.. as long as you're not counting the electrical stuff... :(
By the way, my horn stopped working last week too (bad relay?)

Any suggesstions? ;help

Here is a pic for your horns... At the relay see if you have 12 volts at the pink/white wire...then put 12 volts from the battery to the green wire...the horns should blow...if they do its most likely in the button on the column. Check for continuity at the black wire on the relay by hooking a meter up to it and pressing the button. Remove the button by placing your palm over the button and curling your fingertips under the edge and pulling up lightly. See if and corrosion is on the metal piece. Check for any broken plastic pieces. Get back to us here after you check.

Just make it easy doe's the car make a click noise when you push on the horn?
If so oil the horns.
If not then check fusses if ok, then remove horn pad and disconect the yellow wire and put a test light in the hole if no beep/Well time to take out the two silver screws and the center screw for the telescoping wheel and see if the spring is ok its about 7 or so inches in length.
If spring ok check where the leather is at the spring there will be a black hole I just ground down a bolt and fit it in there and reasembled wheel ,that telescoping wheel shaft is no fun just put some thick grease on it to hold it in place and install wheel.:upthumbs
