Headlights..

drduckster

if you crawl under the car and look up at headlights in closed position you will see where the headlight stop mechanism is. This can be adjusted with I believe a 1/2 inch wrench (if memory serves me) All it is, is a nuttwist out to adjust headlight up. I have to use thread loc on mine, when I drive with headlights up, the nut vibrates.

thanks, Wamp, will try this very soon, I've been told the headlights can be a headache!

To glue the header bar back in, you will need an epoxy based adhesive that is suitable for use on SMC body panels. SEM brand PN#39747 Multi Purpose Panel adhesive or SEM brand PN#39337 Door Skin & SMC Adhesive, or Lord Fusior brand PN#116 Plastic to Metal Cross Bonding Adhesive or 3M's brand PN#08219 Automix SMC/Fiberglass Panel Adhesive can be used. Any of the above should be available from a well stocked auto body supply.
