heater/ac controls question

the electronic ac/heater control unit isnt workin right. i cant shut the system of or turn my fan motor down. it only turns up [to 10]. all the other switches work right.
anybody know what might cause this?

Yeah....cracked solder on the circuit board behind the buttons. You'll have to take it out and either resolder it, or buy a new AC control unit from your parts department.

Not only check all the solder connections.
Mine had oxidized connectors.
Might as well clean them while your in there.
