Does anyone make and sell a body dolly for a C-2 ready to go...

Don't feel like building one......:gap

Yup, one of my Chapter members makes them - structural aluminum extrusions, stainless steel hardware, locking casters, threaded pins at each body mount location, etc. Modular design, easy disassembly for storage, light weight, really slick. See photos below from one of this year's Chapter tech sessions; call Tom Komendera during business hours at (248) 669-6560 for more details and pricing.

Hey All,
Everytime I think about calling to find out how much the body
support dolly cost, its always after work and too late to call.
So.... did anyone ever find out how much they charge for
this body support dolly?
Thanks
Craig

If anyone is interested I bought a universal body cart and have used it alot. Its heavy duty and is probably overkill for a corvette. www.accessiblesystems.com

John magraw sent me a sketch of a dolly. So far the steel was $180.00 cut with mitered corners, the heavey duty caster low profile caster cost about $100.00 including shipping.I will probably burn up a $15.00 drill bit making my mounting holes.I still need make some stand offs to raise the body off of the dolly to work under it.My labor is free for building it . Mine will be perfect for my project but as soon as my project is done I will have to sell it or cut it up or give it away because it will not be easely stored.I dont know how I missed this post prior But if this body dolly is priced fairley I would have gone this route because it look like it can be broken down and stored easely for the next project.

Good luck Mark .
