Help, decoding tag

Trying to decode the tag on the 82, it goes as follows:

C 05B 11 3948

E

131 70L 70U

I know the last 6 digits of the top line match my serial #, I also know the 70 L and U are the Red exterior upper and lower color....Can you tell me the interior ? Can't seem to find the 131..I do find 132 but not 131.. Also can someone help with the build date ?

Your interior code is actually 13I (ends in letter 'I', not the numeral 1) which is an alternate for a '2'. No idea why. Your car should be silver gray leather.
