HELP!! Smoothed throttle body = fast idle

I smoothed the throttle body and removed the divider in the maft, after I start the engine it idle's @ 2000 for 5 sec then idle's at 800 rpm.

Is there a fix for this (other than going back to stock)?

HI there,
There may be a problem with the MAF sensor after the removal. If you go back to stock and the problem goes away, you know that was it.

Is there a method to check the maf? Can I reset the idle without reprogramming the flash?
