On Monday we had a great deal of rain, my 98 was operating fine I did however have some water come in on the drivers side. After the car sat all day I went to start it and got several messages Reduced Engine Power, Service ABS and Traction Control System, Low Voltage and Service Engine Soon and also will not stay running longer than maybe 30 seconds. I have heard there are connections under the drivers seat that could have caused this problem if they got wet?????? It is drying out now, when I read the codes it shows NO COMM with anything not one particular thing and when I hook a fully charged battery up it sparks really big. Passenger side is dry and never got wet I checked the BCM and it looks fine. I pulled the fuses they all look ok as well. It kills a fully charged battery within 10 minutes, Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

A parasitic drain test can be performed to isolate the circuit that's draining the battery. You have a very large drain to discharge the battery that fast.
